spent $163 last fri on all these... includes $10 for membership fees.. bought something for muscle recovery, something for hydration which contains protein, packets energy gel for that extra boost during trainings, multivitamins so i don't fall sick, and a mixing bottle to concoct the "magic" potion..

Anyway, GNC is part of Global Active Pte Ltd, which has been bought over by OSIM last yr.. and i'm a proud shareholder.. hee..
