my new year's resolutions

3 more hours to 2009, and here are my resolutions:

1) eat well (that includes breakfast)

2) be more tolerant to mistakes

3) 2 hr half-marathon PB

4) 22 min 5K PB

5) IPPT gold

6) ride more

7) spend quality time with others

8) finish all my books
